New Ambassador of Germany in Tunis, Jens Plotner has called on Tunisia to "enter into a partnership program in the field of energy including renewable energy offering new opportunities to enhance bilateral economic cooperation."

"

The Minister highlighted the German will to promote bilateral economic cooperation, affirming the commitment of Tunisia to enter a new phase in energy cooperation based on the achievements of the existing partnership in the field of renewable energies that have received support from German programs and institutions which have actively contributed to boost renewable energy and its uses in Tunisia.
