Tunisia: Qatar Airways launches new offline payment solution for customers

Qatar Airways, the national airline of the State of Qatar has announced the introduction of an offline payment solution for reservations made on www.qatarairways.com / tn.

The new solution provides greater flexibility to passengers who can now book tickets online and pay later at the Qatar Airways agency in the “Berges du Lac” or at the airport Tunis-Carthage. Payment must be made within 48 hours of booking.

Qatar Airways does not charge any additional booking fees when reservations are made through its website. Once payment for the booking done offline, passengers can then perform the check-in online and also select their meals or their preferred seat. Passengers with credit cards can still fulfill their travel arrangements online.

The CEO of Qatar Airways in Africa, Rashid Mordiffi, assured that "through the introduction of this new service, passengers, who were not able to make reservations online because they did not have access to credit cards, now have a more flexible method of payment."
