Belgian entrepreneurs to do business with Angola

The Belgian Ambassador to Angola, Daniel Dargent, said a delegation from his country, comprising 40 entrepreneurs, that visited the Afri c an nation recently had expressed interest in strengthening cooperation ties with the country, taking into account its political stability.

Speaking to the Angolan News Agency (ANGOP) on bilateral cooperation between the two states, Dargent said the delegation expressed interest in seeking business a nd partnership opportunities in the fields of industry, construction, transport,

health and architecture, among others.

The diplomat stressed that the Belgian interest to continue cooperating with Ang ola was due to the fact that the Angolan people and their government could conti n ue offering the necessary conditions to attract foreign investments.

The Belgian delegation was in Angola 25-29 October, 2009, on an economic and tra de mission, aimed at analysing the possibilities of investment in the Angolan ec o nomic climate.
